Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Batalla de Arepas is a game by Enmanuel David Molina Bermudez ("we"). Contact: contacto@enmanuel.dev.

What we store

The game does not ask for an account, name, email or phone number. Your progress, settings and purchases are stored only on your device. We have no servers that receive your data.

Age question

The first time you open the game we ask for the year you were born. We only store on your device whether you are under 13, to show you suitable ads. We do not store the year or send it to anyone.

Ads

The game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay, which may work with networks such as ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. These companies may collect the device's advertising identifier, data about the ads you see, approximate location (from the IP address), device data and crash data, to show and measure ads.

  • If you are under 13, we tell them so they only show ads without tracking or personalization.
  • In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we show non-personalized ads.
  • On iPhone, the advertising identifier is only used if you accept Apple's tracking prompt. You can change it in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Unity's privacy policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details.

Children

The game is for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

How to delete your data

Because the game has no accounts, all game data (progress, settings, the age answer and recorded purchases) lives only on your device.

  1. Game data: uninstall Batalla de Arepas, or on Android go to Settings > Apps > Batalla de Arepas > Storage > Clear data. Everything is deleted right away. Your purchases stay in your Apple or Google account and come back with "Restore purchases".
  2. Advertising data: reset or delete your device's advertising ID (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). This unlinks the data the ad networks had.
  3. Ask by email: write to contacto@enmanuel.dev with the subject "Delete my data". We answer within 30 days and forward your request to Unity, which can delete the advertising data linked to your device.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page. For any question or to request data deletion: contacto@enmanuel.dev.
